I'd say East German because of the wire folder and there does not seem to be any markings on the side of the receiver most East German Ak's have the markings on the bottom of the receive in front of the mag well the only other country that used the wire folders in big numbers was Romania but the finish looks to nice on that Ak plus Romy's have marking on the side of their receiver.

I would say East German, the wire folder doesn't look exactly like the Romy.
Don't go by the finish, Romanians built / build high-quality AK's and the finish on them is usually nice, the stuff they sell as WASR's, and previously SAR's, was intended for civilian export market, it is not what they use/used for the military!
Have seen several "G" kits with really nice finish, especially considering they have been around since the 60's/70's!
